When should I place my wedding stationery order

We would always recommend ordering between 3-5months prior to the wedding so you are fully prepared for sending invitations to your guests from 6-8 weeks before the big day. However, we love a challenge! So if you find yourself a bit behind on schedule, we can always help

How long is the turnaround time for my order?

Design and formatting, subject to customer approval, usually takes 2 weeks. Print then takes 1 week.

Do you provide printed samples of wedding stationery?

Yes we provide a printed sample prior to finalising the order

How many wedding invitations should I order?

Our rule of thumbs is half your guests (1 invitation per couple) plus 10 for singles or extras. For example: 200 guests, order 100 invitations plus 10. We always add in 5 free invitations for ‘just in case’

Can I order extra stationery after I have received my initial order?

Yes we always save our wedding files for 6 months after the initial order so you can come back to order more, or to order other items i.e mass booklets, table names

Can you provide a fully bespoke wedding stationery design?

Yes we often provide fully bespoke wedding stationery designs for customer who have a certain idea in mind. Generally, design of these costs €95 but this can be subject to the time needed to finalise the order

How do I order from your standard range of wedding stationery?

Our online wedding stationery ordering system is created in a way to (hopefully!) make your life easier! We try to include all our latest designs and current trend options in our online store. All we need you to do is provide the details of your big day, either through our online ordering system or via email

How do I order a bespoke wedding stationery package?

To order a bespoke wedding stationery package you will need to email us on

Include, if possible, samples of invitations you like and your chosen colour scheme. Once we have an idea of what style you’d like, our designers can get to work

Can you print our guests names and addresses on our stationery?

Yes, we can print the names of your guests on your invitations. This service costs €35 extra. To do this, we will need you to provide an excel spreadsheet with the names of each guest in separate vertical cells

What if I already have a print-ready design for my wedding stationery?

Fantastic! We can print a sample for you so you are happy with colours, paper type and size before we print the entire order. Just make sure your file is in PDF format, has cut marks and 3mm bleed

Can I make changes to personalise one of your standard designs?

Yes, text changes are included in the price but anything above this will be charged at an hourly design rate

Can I order wedding stationery at short notice?

Of course! We don’t recommend it but we have been known to print booklets merely hours before a wedding!
