WePrint reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

Quotations are valid for 30 days only.

You may place orders with WePrint through our website, by phone or by email.

Except where print-ready artwork is supplied by the customer, written acceptance of proof is required before an order is sent to print.

WePrint reserves the right to refuse any order it considers to be inappropriate, offensive, or for any other reason it considers appropriate.

Standard Online Orders:

Payment in full is required before processing of any orders received through our online store.

Custom orders:

A non-refundadable payment of 50% of the total invoice including VAT is required before processing an order or commencing any design work. The balance is payable on acceptance of proof and before printing commences.

Design Charges

Design charges include all and any time our designers are engaged in design work related to your order. This includes consultation, initial drafts and concepts, communications with the client by phone, email or otherwise and any experimental work carried out in relation to the final design.

Where artwork is supplied by the customer, it must be in print ready format and laid out according to our guidelines with appropriate bleed, colour settings and cut marks. Where artwork supplied is not in accordance with our print ready specifications, a design/layout charge may be applied at our discretion.

For more information on laying out your artwork please see our technical guidelines at weprint.ie – Technical Advice.

Acceptance of Proofs and Artwork

WePrint.ie will not process any orders for print until such time as the customer has accepted a proof in writing. Approval of proofs can be made in writing, by email, by fax or in person by signing the proof in question. We will not accept verbal approval by phone or otherwise. Once a proof is accepted, the customer shall be held fully responsible for any errors contained therein and Weprint absolved of any liability for such errors.

Before accepting a proof and sending work to print, customers are advised to review the artwork carefully, paying particular attention to spellings, grammatical errors and the accuracy of details such as phone numbers, e-mails, domain names and physical addresses contained within the artwork.

Please note there may be slight variations in colours produced in the final printed product when compared to artwork viewed on screen since final colours are dependent on the medium on which they are printed.

Ownership of Artwork

Artwork produced by WePrint is for the exclusive use in products and services purchased from us and remains the property of WePrint at all times. You may not reproduce this artwork in any form, i.e. in newspaper advertisements, on websites or in any other form without prior consent.

WePrint is under no obligation to provide copies of artwork to clients unless it is agreed to do so when placing an order. Where artwork is supplied and copyright is transferred to the client, an appropriate fee will be agreed with the client and applied to the final invoice.

WePrint, at it’s own discretion, reserves the right to charge a fee to retrieve artwork and make it available to the client.

Preliminary design work and drafts

Any work carried out at the client’s request in relation to initial concepts or design drafts will be chargeable at an agreed rate.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any images or artwork supplied by them to WePrint are free to use and not subject to copyright. WePrint accepts no responsibility for copyright infringements arising from images or artwork supplied in this way.

The client is, at all times, responsible for the security risks associated with providing any usernames and/or passwords, provision of data transmitted by email or supplied on USB keys or other media necessary for fulfilling your order. WePrint.ie accept no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of the provision of such information.

Where an issue arises with an order, claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of orders received or 28 days in the case of orders which have not been received.

Once an order has been received, you must contact us without delay should you discover an issue with the order. WePrint will not entertain claims for any issues where part of the stock has been used prior to notifying us of a problem.

Where claims arise from errors in the final printed material, WePrint will refer to the signed proof provided by the customer to assess any claims.

As printed material has no residual value, all sales are final and refunds are not provided under any circumstances. In cases where a client wishes to cancel an order, it may be possible to cancel provided the order has not been sent to print. This is at the discretion of WePrint and may not be possible in all cases. In any such case, charges for design work will remain payable and only the cost of printing may be deducted from the final invoice.

Advertised prices (such as those advertised in our online store) may include ‘free delivery’. Where this is the case, free delivery applies to orders dispatched to addresses within the republic of Ireland and additional areas as specified. Deliveries to addresses outside of the specified areaa will incur a delivery charge agreed with the client at the time of order. Where delivery charges apply, they are charged at actual cost.

Deliveries may be made by ordinary post, registered post or by courier. In all cases, WePrint accept no responsibility for losses incurred through late delivery, damage to, or loss of the goods and any claims for such damages must be taken up with the delivery company in question.
